2021-09-24

(1)Viscose fiber and rich fiber and cotton blended textiles
Generally use 33% cotton fiber, 67% viscose fiber or rich fiber. This kind of cotton belt has the characteristics of abrasion resistance, higher strength than viscose fabric, better moisture absorption than pure cotton cloth, less wet strength drop, and soft and smooth hand feeling. The main varieties are viscose cotton fabrics and rich fiber cotton fabrics.

(2)Polyester-cotton fabrics are usually blended with 35% cotton and 65% polyester.
This kind of cotton belt is mainly woven with high-count yarn plain weave, and is mostly used for light shirt cloth, fine plain cloth, poplin and so on. Polyester-cotton cloth is commonly known as "Qingliang". It not only maintains the characteristics of high strength of polyester fiber and good elastic recovery, but also has the characteristics of strong moisture absorption of cotton fiber. It is easy to dye and dry without ironing after washing. There are many varieties and specifications of polyester-cotton fabrics, including primary color fabrics, colored fabrics, printed fabrics and yarn-dyed fabrics.

a. Polyester-cotton muslin: cotton belt with high yarn count and similar warp and weft woven with plain weave. The cloth surface is flat, fine and clean, smooth to the hand, thin and light, and not easy to pilling. With more bleaching, printing, and light colors, it can be used to make shirts for men and women.
b. Polyester-cotton poplin: the organizational structure and fabric characteristics are the same as those of pure cotton poplin. Mostly bleached and plain colors are suitable for making high-end shirts.
c. Polyester/cotton linen yarn: the plain weave with single and double warp yarns arranged at intervals, the cloth body is fine, clean and breathable, with a smooth feel, and has the style of linen fabric.
d. Polyester-cotton seersucker: also known as polyester-cotton ginning cloth, which has the characteristics of stiff, quick-drying, and non-ironing. The appearance of the cloth is the same as that of pure cotton seersucker.
e. Polyester-cotton twill: a cotton belt woven with a twill weave, with a clear twill weave on the surface, including polyester-cotton khaki, gabardine, crodin, etc. Among them, polyester-cotton khaki has the characteristics of thick and compact fabric, tough and firm, clear lines, and abrasion resistance. Suitable for making jackets, windbreakers, etc.
f. Polyester/cotton burnt-out fabric: Grey fabric woven with polyester/cotton core-spun yarn (polyester filament yarn as core and outer cotton yarn), after acid treatment, the surface pattern is uneven, transparent and cool, and a cotton belt with strong three-dimensional effect. Suitable for summer wear.
g. Other polyester-cotton varieties: such as polyester-cotton yarn-dyed bark wrinkles, inverted blended cotton belts, etc., all of which have their own characteristics, and their wear performance exceeds that of cotton belts woven from a single fiber material.

(3)Vinyl-cotton fabric, a cotton belt blended with cotton.
This kind of cotton belt has good hygroscopicity and permeability, and because vinylon is resistant to salt water corrosion, the cotton blended cotton belt is suitable for making underwear, underwear, pajamas, etc. The shortcomings of dimensional cotton are that the dyeing is not bright enough and the elasticity is poor. Its main varieties are yarn-dyed fabrics such as victorian city cloth, victorian plain cloth, victorian muslin and victorian plaid.

(4)Propylene cotton fabric combines polypropylene staple fiber with cotton
A plain weave cotton belt blended in a ratio of 1:1. Commonly used are acrylic cotton muslin and acrylic cotton linen yarn.
