Precautions for storage of adhesive roller tape

Matters needing attention during the storage of adhesive roller tape:

1. When transporting and moving, the shaft must be lifted and suspended to prevent the rubber surface from knocking, bumping, or scratching;

2. The new roller will not be used temporarily, please do not remove the wrapping paper, the wrapping paper can play a protective role;

3. The adhesive roller tape stored beyond the standard period should be checked before use before it is used on the machine;

4. The storage environment of adhesive roller tape is the same as that of blankets. Choose a cool, dry and ventilated place, keep the temperature at 20～25℃, and keep the relative humidity at 60%～70%. Avoid direct sunlight, preferably in a backlit location. Or the dark room of the warehouse;

5. Keep away from high temperature, heat sources and radioactive sources, and avoid storing with acids, alkalis, oils and sharp substances;

6. The adhesive roller tape should be vertical or horizontal. It is best to use a special rack to place it horizontally. The rubber head should be placed on the rack to support the shoulders on both sides and keep the adhesive roller tape parallel to the ground. It is strictly forbidden to stack the rubber surfaces on each other. , Squeeze, or contact with other objects to prevent the plastic surface from deforming and sticking under pressure. At the same time, do not remove the wrapping paper before use;

7. adhesive roller tape should not be stored near large motors and generators. Because the large amount of ozone produced by these equipment will cause the surface of the adhesive roller tape to age and crack.
